Solgari, the global provider of the complete enterprise cloud business communications solution, is partnering with AVIANET, a provider of a comprehensive portfolio of managed IT services and solutions to the aviation industry. The partnership will enable AVIANET to offer Solgari’s business communication software services from the AVIANET A-Cloud Platform as a Service to its extensive customer base in the global aviation industry.

The partnership announcement took place at an Enterprise Ireland Networking event in Duesseldorf attended by the Taoiseach, Enda Kenny TD as part of a Trade and Investment Mission to Netherlands and Germany.
Speaking from Duesseldorf, the Taoiseach said: “Solgari is a great example of an innovative, export-focused Irish company with a world-class product offering. Their success in securing this contract with AVIANET demonstrates the quality of their technology and innovation. Germany is the largest economy in the European Union and today’s partnership announcement is another example of how companies like Solgari are growing globally, extending their reach and driving Ireland’s jobs recovery.”
Solgari is the only global cloud business communications vendor that delivers business telephony, call & video conferencing, desktop sharing, contact centre, IVR, call archiving, call encryption, PCI DSS compliance and carrier requirements through an integrated software platform. Customers pick and choose the services they require, where and when they need them, on-board in days, and save cost compared to other systems.
“We are delighted to have found such a great partner in AVIANET.  Our business communication services are highly complementary to the existing managed cloud, IT and network services that AVIANET provides to its clients and we see huge potential to help its global aviation clients address their communications requirements while removing much of the legacy costs they have incurred,” said John Colgan, CEO Solgari. “We expect to have our first major customer with AVIANET live in Q1 2016 and are looking forward to a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership.”
“AVIANET has carefully designed and developed an aviation industry specific A-Cloud platform, based on the existing infrastructure of our strategic partner Verizon,“ said Arshad Mughal, general manager, AVIANET.  “Our A-Cloud solution is the answer to the aviation industry’s concerns as a result of the unavoidable shift from traditional IT scenarios to the new trends of IT, where they can make the most of zero CapEx based IT investments and have transparent and known costs for their whole IT infrastructure by taking advantage of the ‘pay-per-use‘ model of AVIANET A-Cloud.  Working with Solgari will strengthen our efforts and enable us to offer a complete and globally available business communication platform as a cloud service to our customers.”
