Kaseya, a company focused on AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, recently held Kaseya Connect Europe at the Prague Congress Centre, where it announced updates related to Kaseya Intelligence.
The development is positioned within a broader strategy aimed at increasing integration across IT management and cybersecurity tools. Kaseya Intelligence is being developed as an open platform that uses APIs to provide insights and automation. It is designed to allow IT teams to access information and workflows across multiple interfaces, including the Kaseya platform, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. This approach enables IT teams to access real-time insights and execute workflows within existing applications and AI assistants.
The platform includes AI-based agents referred to as Digital Specialists, which are designed to identify issues, suggest potential resolutions, and—where permitted—carry out corrective actions, update tickets, and produce reports.
Early access to these capabilities is expected by late 2026, with broader availability anticipated by 2027.
At Kaseya Connect Europe, more than 175 updates were presented, including Agentic Digital Specialists, Unified Cyber Resilience, and Kaseya SIEM, all built on Kaseya Intelligence. The company also outlined alignment with European cloud security frameworks, including ENISA’s EU Cybersecurity Certification Scheme for Cloud Services (EUCS), which is an EU Cybersecurity Certification Scheme for Cloud Services (EUCS).
As compliance requirements such as ISO 27001 and NIS2 Directive become more complex, Kaseya describes the use of AI and automation to support compliance processes. The release of Compliance Manager GRC is intended to support UK Cyber Essentials v3.3 and includes Compliance Monitor Automatic Remediation for endpoint issue resolution through Datto RMM.
The company also reports continued investment in its European operations, including distribution agreements in France, Germany, and Italy. Amaury Dutilleul-Francoeur, based in the UK, leads the distribution team, with responsibility for supporting activities in the DACH region via operations in Munich.
This expansion forms part of Kaseya’s longer-term operational and market development plans in Europe, with a focus on efficiency, compliance support, and service delivery for customers in the region.
