Delivering broadcasting infrastructure insight

LeaseWeb CDN and ‘NICE PEOPLE AT WORK’ help broadcasters optimize infrastructure configuration.

LeaseWeb, one of the world’s largest hosting brands, and NICE PEOPLE AT WORK (NPAW), the leader in advanced media analytics and real-time viewer experience monitoring tools, have announced a new partnership to help broadcasters optimize their IT infrastructure configuration.

The partnership combines NPAW’s YOUBORA Analytics Over-The-Top (OTT) Reporting and Analytics data with the LeaseWeb CDN platform, customer portal and API solutions. This expanded service will enable LeaseWeb CDN customers to enhance their end-user experience by delivering TV-quality viewing through the Internet. Customers can also analyze key data from end-users to optimize their IT infrastructure configuration and improve customer engagement.

With the integration of YOUBORA Analytics, LeaseWeb CDN customers can constantly gather data to analyze Quality of Service (QoS) and the subsequent impact on audience performance and engagement. LeaseWeb CDN now also provides a detailed analysis of every playback session, which helps customers understand each viewing experience on the platform. Customers can also collect and analyze real-time quality metrics worldwide to create a high-resolution performance network map of the Internet.

Julien Lehmann, Manager of LeaseWeb CDN: “Our CDN service is optimized for large volume files and videos, as well as website acceleration. By integrating YOUBORA Analytics into our platform we are able to offer customers even better tools and deep insight into important optimization data. This intelligence will help customers enhance their end-user engagement and increase their revenue. We believe this partnership helps us offer the best technology for the best price possible.”

Ferran Gutiérrez, NPAW’s CEO, says: “This collaboration fits like a glove. Our complimentary services create a comprehensive proposition whereby customers benefit from the best possible quality. With access to extra insights, customers will benefit from transparency and detailed analytics to enhance their broadcasting experience.”
