Vello Systems adds data centre and Cloud Services partners

Vello Systems has added six partners in key global markets to meet service provider and enterprise demand for the company’s customer-defined networking software solutions.

The new additions to the Vello Partner Network include PRO-ZETA, HCL, Espo Systems, Accunet, DifferenceIT, and SDN Solusi. These leading IT solutions providers will leverage the widely acclaimed launch of Pacnet’s ‘Pacnet Enabled Network’ that was made possible by Vello’s Connectivity Exchange™, as well as recent high-profile application-aware networking deployments within Fortune 500 companies, to drive Vello’s software into new global markets with new applications.

Vello’s customer-defined networks intelligently adapt networking infrastructure to meet customer defined application requirements and guaranteed service levels. By managing the total application environment, Vello’s customer-defined networks dynamically route communication flows based on business metrics, such as latency, bandwidth and security requirements, instead of technical routing metrics used by legacy networking solutions.

“We are excited to add these exceptional firms to our growing Partner Network,” said Karl May, co-founder and CEO of Vello Systems. “Adding to our partner base is key for us to reach our growth and expansion objectives. Each of these partners brings new capabilities to our ecosystem, enabling Vello to empower customers with the ability to allocate network resources where they are most needed, creating connectivity efficiencies with improved costs and customer control.”

“We are spreading the message to not only our customers in Australia and New Zealand, but also our friends in Europe and Middle East too,” said H.Charles Nolan, CTO, DifferenceIT. "We view what Vello provides as the missing piece in the cloud puzzle. Cheaper, more efficient, quicker to implement, easier to manage, bring delivery from weeks to minutes - what's not to like!"

“Vello helps service providers link enterprises closely to the virtual data center, while simplifying massive bandwidth management issues for telcos,” commented David Cermak, CTO, PRO-ZETA. “Both approaches give us an advantage with key European clients trying to get the most out of next gen cloud services.”

Riko Rangkuti, Chief Marketing Director, PT SDN Solusi Indonesia, said, “We believe Vello’s innovative software will play a key role in the success of network infrastructures in South East Asia, and our collaboration with them accelerates the adoption of customer-defined networking for our customer’s legacy networks.”

“Vello’s software is being used in novel ways to protect against and isolate threats to IT environments,” said Joseph Bruno of Espo Systems. “Espo has built a practice over the past 20 years building best in class security solutions for major enterprises. We see Vello’s software as a key new weapon in our arsenal to assist our customers.”
