FrontRange and Bechtle expand cooperation in Europe

For over a decade, the Bechtle Group has assisted German companies in managing their desktop and server environments with solutions from FrontRange. HEAT Desktop and Server Management allows administrators to automate complex recurring IT tasks including operating system installs and client setup and administration. Bechtle provides the application either directly through its subsidiaries — for instance as a component of an existing customer project — or as part of Bechtle’s Remote Services as a SaaS solution. Especially for complex projects, FrontRange and Bechtle experts work together closely to ensure rapid implementations.

In Germany, Bechtle is also active as a reseller of FrontRange IT service management solutions, which help companies provide first-rate IT and helpdesk services for their employees and customers. HEAT Service Management is the only platform on the market currently available with integrated voice automation, setting it apart from other solutions.

Bechtle also provides comprehensive technical support and training as part of its participation in the FrontRange Partner Program. The program also grants Bechtle access to valuable FrontRange materials and resources.
