Aeriandi, a provider of CRM-based, differentiated financial solutions, prospecting and enterprise telephony systems delivered via the cloud, has selected independent managed services provider Adapt to support its rapid business growth. Under the agreement, Adapt will deliver critical infrastructure to support Aeriandi’s flagship offering, PCI Circle, which helps organisations meet compliance obligations quickly, cost effectively and securely.

Aeriandi creates innovative technology that delivers superior business results for organisations across a number of industries. PCI Circle is Aeriandi’s team of highly experienced engineers, developers, consultants and managers that share deep expertise in delivering successful, PCI-DSS compliant solutions across every industry from multi-channel retailers to utilities, major high street banks and financial institutions. The team takes a consultative approach that involves a combination of strategic planning and effective service delivery to provide tailor-made solutions that suit the precise compliance needs of each customer. In short, PCI Circle helps organsiations to achieve and maintain compliance with industry requirements, including PCI DSS, FSA, DPA, HMG Security Policy Framework and PhonePayPlus.

Adapt was selected for its ability to support Aeriandi’s initial requirements, rapid growth plans and potential future requirements for virtual and cloud services. Aeriandi utilises two of Adapt’s dedicated data centre sites, located outside the M25 periphery and Central London respectively and connected via Adapt’s private dark fibre metro network. Within both data centre sites, Adapt manages and monitors the environmental status of Aeriandi’s racks, ensuring humidity, temperature and power operate within the agreed SLAs.

Adapt also provides resilient Tier 1 internet access aggregated across both of the data centres, ensuring 99.99% uptime.

“Our business is growing rapidly and alongside that growth, the security and reliability of service continue to be our primary concern,” said Matthew Bryars, CEO at Aeriandi. “With PCI Circle, we specialise in PCI DSS compliance, implementing solutions that take sensitive card data out of customer contact centre environments to reduce risk – so we too must show due diligence when selecting any third party to work with. Adapt fully understands our business and takes security as seriously as we do, which is why it is our chosen partner to help us move further into the cloud. It is a relationship that we are all very keen to expand.”

“Our partnership with Aeriandi is a perfect example of how we can work with young businesses to understand their exact requirements, managing fast growth with scalable and tailored services to support them every step of the way,” said Simon Fisk, Sales and Marketing Director at Adapt. “With Adapt, Aeriandi benefits from a predictable cost model, which is critical when you consider the nature of their PCI Circle offering.”
