Elida Beauty implements SnapLogic as part of separation from Unilever

Elida Beauty partners with SnapLogic to establish a modern IT environment post-spin-off, aiming to enhance agility and operational efficiency.

Elida Beauty, known for brands including VO5 and St. Ives, has undertaken a technology transformation using SnapLogic following its separation from Unilever. This marks its transition to independent operations.

As a standalone organisation, Elida Beauty developed a new IT and operations environment to support its business requirements, aiming to reduce the typical complexity associated with enterprise separations.

Working with Pace Integration, Elida Beauty selected SnapLogic as its core integration platform. This established a unified integration environment connecting multiple ERP systems, logistics providers, and data platforms through a single governed layer.

Given its global operations, Elida Beauty required a scalable platform that could be deployed across multiple markets. SnapLogic and Pace Integration enabled accelerated integration delivery, reducing timelines from months to weeks.

Elida Beauty operates a distributed network of manufacturing and logistics partners. SnapLogic uses reusable integration patterns to support consistent deployments across different systems and data formats.

Since launch, the platform has processed thousands of sales orders. It runs more than 400 integration pipelines, supporting workflows across ERP, finance, and supply chain systems, forming an operational backbone for global processes.

The system allows integration updates to be made as business requirements change, supporting ongoing adjustments across regions without requiring full system rebuilds.

SnapLogic also supports Elida Beauty’s data strategy, enabling data flows for operational reporting, forecasting, inventory visibility, and executive reporting. This contributes to AI readiness and supports future automation initiatives.

The approach reflects a model where separation, modernisation, and scaling are delivered in parallel, with integration forming a central part of the organisation’s digital architecture.
