Johnson Controls acquires Envision Intelligent Solutions

Johnson Controls has acquired Envision Intelligent Solutions, a bespoke security solutions business, specialising in technology-enabled remote monitoring and perimeter protection services.

Experts in the rapid deployment of CCTV, facial recognition security turnstiles and monitoring and alarm operations, Envision provides bespoke solutions for infrastructure and construction projects, as well as in vertical sectors such as automotive. Envision’s security solutions combined with Johnson Controls’ technology strength and OpenBlue solutions – a suite of connected building solutions - provides an optimal combination for future growth and opportunities to enhance many of their existing customer relationships, whilst further modernising and streamlining technology-led estate strategies.

Headquartered in Armagh, Northern Ireland, Envision’s expert team of security engineers, installers and managers design and deploy award-winning security technologies across the UK. Its in-house accredited alarm and remote video response centre will continue to provide around-the-clock customer support.
