Redcentric launches mobile managed service for Samsung and BES12 users

Redcentric, a leading cloud service provider and mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), announces the launch of its managed service that will help customers improve the management and security of mobile devices across all platforms – from iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Samsung SDS and BlackBerry.

The service lets Redcentric’s team of experts look after the advanced enterprise mobility management (EMM) capabilities offered by BlackBerry’s BES12 and Samsung SDS solutions, on behalf of customers. Companies benefit from a simple service that consolidates control across what can be a complex ecosystem of devices within the enterprise. This managed service is ideal for those currently employing a BYOD policy with a number of different mobile devices accessing the corporate network.

Offered in partnership with partner Berkley Technical Services (part of ISEC7 Group), the managed service utilises the industry leading security functions within BES12, as well as the ability to set both personal and professional access rules that comes as part of Samsung SDS.

Paul Storey, voice specialist at Redcentric, says, “Our managed service offers customers the best of two world-class, world-leading solutions for mobile device management. With BlackBerry’s strength in security and Samsung’s innovation in managing tablets and devices that are used at both work and at home, coupled with our expertise in mobile managed services means that customers are safe in the knowledge that their data remains secure. We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Berkley Technical Services, part of the Isec7 Group, to support our customers in this area.”

The service enables Redcentric’s to continue to broaden its service offering and product line to its mobile customers across all sectors, whatever their choice of device or mobile operating system. As a MVNO Redcentric provides solutions and advice for companies looking to develop and implement BYOD strategies, as well as the tariffs to support the policy.
