Recently distinguished as one of the top 20 "Most Innovative Growth Companies" by Forbes(R) magazine, SolarWinds was established in 1999 and celebrated its 15th anniversary last year. The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas and employs more than 1,700 people worldwide in 11 offices including Ireland; Singapore; India; Australia; and Czech Republic. SolarWinds opened is first European R&D office in Brno in 2008 and it has become the home of the company's largest software development team, employing more than 300 engineers. This year, the company plans to build a core team in Krakow of 40 engineers and will continue to expand as the team grows over the years.
