SolarWinds establishes software development office in Krakow  

SolarWinds has opened its strategic European R&D office in Krakow, Poland. The new office joins SolarWinds' Brno, Czech Republic, and Stockholm and Vasteras Swedish locations as a vital European player in the company's global product strategy by supporting the development of powerful and purpose-built products that are designed to make IT professionals' jobs easier.

The company is looking for software engineers, UI developers and product testers with expertise in C#, Java(R), C++ and modern UI frameworks (Angular) in areas such as databases, networking, systems and applications, storage and virtualization. The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas and employs more than 1,700 people worldwide in 11 offices including Ireland; Singapore; India; Australia; and Czech Republic. SolarWinds opened is first European R&D office in Brno in 2008 and it has become the home of the company's largest software development team, employing more than 300 engineers. This year, the company plans to build a core team in Krakow of 40 engineers and will continue to expand as the team grows over the years.
