Imerja soaring through the G-Cloud

Firm also achieves ISO 14001 accreditation.

Bolton-based IT solutions specialist, Imerja, has once again secured its place on the government’s G-Cloud framework, reflecting the company’s knowledge and expertise in delivering value added services relevant to the public sector.

The firm has also achieved ISO 14001 accreditation, the environmental management standard, further underlining its public sector credentials.

G-Cloud 5 is the newest iteration of the G-Cloud framework, which enables qualified suppliers to sell products and services directly to the public sector through an online marketplace called CloudStore. With a stringent selection process, the G-Cloud framework ensures that only trusted and reputable providers with relevant expertise are selected.

Building on its previous success as a G-Cloud supplier, Imerja is now approved to deliver its full portfolio of services across all four of the framework Lots, enabling it to provide public sector organisations with: Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, Software as a Service and Specialist Cloud Services.

Ian Jackson, managing director at Imerja, said: “G-Cloud is transforming how IT services are procured, giving the public sector access to dynamic specialist providers from across the UK. For us, the framework is an effective route to market, allowing us to improve public services through improved efficiency and cost savings.

“Our latest ISO 14001 accreditation adds further weight to our public sector credentials.”

Imerja is also fully accredited to ISO9001, ISO27001 and is an approved N3 Supplier. Its offering ranges from cloud and IT solutions to managed services and is benefitting numerous public sector clients including Lancashire Healthcare, Westminster Hospital NHS Trusts, Essex County Council and London Borough of Lambeth and Westminster City Council.

Imerja is also currently trialing its innovative Video as a Serivce (VaaS) solution in a number of hospitals across the country including Alder Hey NHS Trust, Lancashire Teaching Hospital and Blackpool’s Victoria Hospital.
