Wazoku provides additional layer of application continuity

Idea management software pioneer signs up to NCC Group’s cloud continuity service to provide additional level of assurance to customers.

Stepping into the cloud with Wazoku has just got even safer, according to Simon Hill, the firm’s CEO.

He made the comments after confirming that the company has signed up to the new SaaS Assured service from global information assurance specialist, NCC Group.
SaaS Assured provides a continuity service which acts as a safety net providing SaaS customers with the assurance that they can continue to access cloud applications and data in the event of provider failure.

Data security and availability is of paramount importance for Wazoku and its customers can now have continued access to their software application with complete peace of mind.
Wazoku’s Idea Spotlight technology helps organisations to capture, discuss and develop ideas. The company’s market leading software is used by a number of household names in the public and private sector, such as the BBC, the Ministry of Justice and Capita.

Simon Hill at Wazoku, said: “Behind our innovative software, we work tirelessly to ensure that customer data is protected. SaaS Assured allows us to clearly show our existing customers and prospects that stepping into the cloud with Wazoku is simple and secure.”

Pete Stock, managing director of NCC Group’s escrow division, added: “Wazoku is a forward thinking company that has seen the benefit of adding this crucial layer of contingency. SaaS Assured will add value to Wazoku’s proposition, giving customers peace of mind that their software can be accessed should the worst happen.”
