Cloud partners aim at BI in insurance

The partnership is aiming to empower customers to uncover deeper analytics and operational insights in entirely new ways. MFX is offering a one-stop shop for its customers by unifying, analysing and presenting data analytics from multiple functional areas of P&C insurance operations in shareable and actionable report snapshots. This is accessed through real-time intuitive dashboard experience.

The self-service analytics platform is thoroughly incorporated within MFX’s Integrated Insurance Platform (IIP), allowing end-users to `socialise’ their actionable data analytics. They can then act immediately on those results to send alerts and notifications, delegate tasks, and share commentary. MFX will turn its depth and breadth of transactional information into operational, living reporting and insights, as defined, and created, by their end users themselves.
