Barracuda Networks, Inc. has expanded the number of its products available on the Windows Azure cloud platform. The following Barracuda products will be available for customers using Windows Azure:
· Barracuda Web Application Firewall
· Barracuda NG Firewall
· Barracuda Load Balancer ADC

Barracuda Web Application Firewall, one of the first web application firewalls and application delivery platforms available on Windows Azure, has gained market traction in securing applications hosted in Windows Azure. Now, as part of its expanded offering, Barracuda will offer the following for customers using Windows Azure:
· Barracuda NG Firewall – provides VPN and security-enhanced remote network access between customer networks and the Windows Azure cloud platform
· Barracuda Load Balancer ADC – provides high-performance load balancing and application delivery for Microsoft applications hosted in Windows Azure such as SharePoint or Exchange
· Barracuda Web Application Firewall – can be purchased on an hourly basis helping add flexibility for Windows Azure customers
New cloud editions of the Barracuda Web Application Firewall, Barracuda NG Firewall and Barracuda Load Balancer ADC enable customers to expand their offerings to embrace cloud deployments. Enterprise customers looking to migrate to the cloud or to deploy a hybrid cloud infrastructure could benefit from application security and remote access to Windows Azure.
