IT Hotdesk Ltd, the Aberdeen based IT services and solutions provider, has recently secured a range of contracts with a net worth of over £250,000. The additional contracts have been acquired within a three month period, putting IT Hotdesk on schedule to achieve a turnover of £1.5 million in 2013.

The most substantial contract comes from JW Holdings, the company which owns Don Fishing and provides support services to a number of hospitality businesses. IT Hotdesk was required to go through a tough tender process to secure the complete IT management of JW Holdings and has agreed to provide all IT solutions for the organisation, primarily implementing a new IT infrastructure for the company and providing on-going IT management.

Gordon Christie, Director of IT Hotdesk, commented on the recent contracts, “We are entering an exciting period of growth and welcoming new clients to IT Hotdesk is incredibly rewarding. Since starting IT Hotdesk the plan has always been to grow the business organically, which we are achieving, increasing our employee levels as we increase our client base.

“Being awarded the contract with JW Holdings is a significant boost to IT Hotdesk and we are looking forward to delivering the highest quality of service for the duration of the contract.”

IT Hotdesk increased turnover by 40% in quarter one of 2013 compared with 2012. The latest contracts allow the organisation to predict a £1.5 million turnover in 2013.

Fiona McIver, IT Hotdesk’s Account Manager for JW Holdings says, “Securing this contract, for Support and IT Management, increases IT Hotdesk scope and range as JW Holdings has business interests in various business verticals.

“During support transitioning we have spent time working with the companies that developed specialist software for Don Fishing, gaining IT Hotdesk more knowledge and further partnerships.”

Lindsay McKenzie, Chief Financial Officer from JW Holdings said, “We look forward to partnering with IT Hotdesk as they provide a secure new IT infrastructure and a continuous IT management service for our companies. We operate in a number of industries and we are satisfied that IT Hotdesk are highly capable of managing the IT provisions for our diverse range of organisations.”

IT Hotdesk provides complete IT service solutions to a variety of clients including oil and gas companies, charities, electrical contractors, building firms and private schools. The company also has experience of providing international support, in regions including West Africa.

The news of the recent contract acquisitions is the latest success for the organisation, which launched in 2009 and has undergone expansion. In 2011 the company purchased a new building in Westhill and in 2012 IT Hotdesk invested in a new proactive monitoring system for their service desk which allows better observation of their client’s infrastructures. More recently, the company has expanded its workforce, recruiting three new employees and promoting from within.
