Cordiant Digital Infrastructure acquires Belgian data centres

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure has announced agreements to, in partnership with TINC NVand another Cordiant-managed fund, acquire and combine Belgian data centre provider DCU Invest NV and the data centre business of Proximus Group, together with DCU.
