Eduserv, a not-for-profit IT services provider to the public sector, and DODS, the political information and communication specialists, today announce research conducted amongst 529 civil servants, which identifies that whilst almost half (47%) of respondents understand what the CloudStore can offer them, over two thirds (72%) say they still aren’t confident about how to use it.
