Motive, a fleet management platform used by nearly 100,000 companies, is introducing updates focused on workforce compliance management through the integration of AI and automation. Launching on February 18, the platform will add new features designed to update workflows related to driver qualification and compliance tracking.
A key addition is AI document automation. The feature is intended to automate the processing of documents such as licences, medical cards, CPC certificates, and right-to-work documentation. By applying AI to document handling, the aim is to reduce manual processing time and minimise human error, improving operational efficiency and reliability.
The update also includes integration of Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) automation. Users can request and track MVR reports directly within the platform. This integration is designed to centralise compliance monitoring and reduce reliance on separate systems or manual tracking methods.
Motive is also introducing a Workforce Management Hub that provides a consolidated view of compliance-related risks. The hub replaces manual, file-based workflows with a more centralised interface. Organisations can use the tool to access compliance insights, streamline processes, and monitor adherence to regulatory requirements.
These updates reflect an effort to incorporate AI capabilities into compliance and fleet operations workflows. The enhancements are positioned to support organisations managing driver qualification and regulatory obligations within the platform.
