The closing of this acquisition is anticipated by the end of the third quarter or the beginning of the fourth quarter 2025, contingent upon customary conditions such as regulatory approvals and consultation procedures specific to the Netherlands. No immediate changes are expected for current clients, staff, or operational functions, ensuring a seamless transition during this period.
