Cundall has announced the promotion of four Associate Directors in its data centre sector to the position of Partner. This reinforces the company’s commitment to the global data centre sector. Ed Blower, Jamie Cameron, Gosia Cebula, and Andrew Livesey have joined the partnership, recognising their contributions to the data centre sector and the wider business. The appointments, which took effect this month, reflect both the growth of the team and the global demand for data centre expertise.
The global demand for data centres continues to grow with artificial intelligence a key factor. Cundall’s data centre sector continues to grow from a strong foundation of valued partnerships with key clients. The most recent example of which is our establishment of a team in Germany. The team’s hard-work and excellence has been recognised by the industry, most recently when named Data Centre Consultancy of the Year at the 2025 Data Centre Review Excellence Awards.
The appointment of four new Partners highlights both the depth of talent within the sector and Cundall’s long-term commitment to supporting data centre clients with technically excellence, sustainable, and commercially viable solutions.
Peter Liddle, Cundall Partner and sector lead for data centres, said: “These appointments reflect the growth of our data centre sector, and the hard-work, skill and dedication shown by our new Partners. Their technical knowledge and leadership have been key to delivering award-winning data centre design for our clients and building a highly respected team in the sector. This expanded leadership team ensures we are fully committed and ready to face the challenges and opportunities presented by zero carbon design and artificial intelligence in the sector.”
Speaking on their new roles:
Ed Blower: “At my core, I’m an engineer, and in my new role as a Partner, I’m eager to solve new challenges. I look forward to helping clients find the right solutions, working with our EMEA offices to explore new markets, and mentoring the next generation of engineers. My goal is to help shape Cundall’s strategic vision for sustainable, future-ready data centre design.”
Jamie Cameron: “I’m excited about my new role as a Partner at Cundall. Having worked in the data centre team on multi-disciplinary projects, I have seen the technical expertise of our teams first-hand and the benefit of a ‘One Cundall’ approach. I look forward to supporting our key clients in the data centre industry, as well as mentoring the next generation of bright engineers.”
Gosia Cebula: “It’s wonderful to be recognised for my work within the Data Centre team across Europe and Asia Pacific, and to join the Partnership. Throughout my time at Cundall, I’ve developed a deep commitment to our people and our values, and I look forward to continuing to strengthen our teams globally—nurturing talent, promoting inclusivity, and creating space for innovation—while maintaining exceptional project delivery and contributing further in my role as a Partner.”
Andrew Livesey: “Having grown my career at Cundall over the past 10 years, becoming a Partner is an incredible milestone. I’m excited to further contribute to the growing data centre team and Cundall more widely through developing the next generation of engineers, growing our global team, and delivering exciting and industry-leading projects.”
