CybaVerse, an award-winning cyber security partner, has acquired SecureAck, a scalable automation platform designed to simplify security across IT and OT environments.

The acquisition will accelerate the development of CybaVerse’s proprietary platform, CybaVerse AI, and expand support for small to mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) and managed service providers (MSPs), who are seeking flexible, resilient cyber security solutions, whether fully outsourced or hybrid.

"We are delighted to announce our acquisition of SecureAck, which will significantly benefit both our internal teams and our customers. The announcement follows a year and a half of close collaboration between our teams, culminating in a shared product vision and complementary technology roadmap. The acquisition is a natural next step," said Oliver Spence, CEO of CybaVerse. “By combining forces, we’re creating a truly vendor-agnostic, flexible platform that allows SMEs and MSPs to scale their cyber security operations on their own terms.”

With SecureAck’s engineering strength and CybaVerse’s automation-led infrastructure, the integrated platform enables customers to seamlessly switch between fully managed, hybrid, or self-run security models. Customers will benefit from a simplified, modular approach with pre-packaged and customisable options that support rapid onboarding, vendor interoperability and cost-effective protection.

Simon Phillips, CTO of SecureAck, said “This is about delivering enterprise-grade cyber security without enterprise complexity or cost. Our combined platform allows us to bring automation, AI, and deep security expertise to businesses who’ve traditionally lacked access to such capabilities.”

The acquisition, which completed at the end of May 2025, will see the SecureAck team transition into the CybaVerse offices, while customers will experience continuity with improved product capabilities and support.

The combined entity will continue serving the UK market through 2025, with international expansion planned for 2026. A new funding round is also in progress to support CybaVerse’s growth ambitions and further develop CybaVerse AI.
