QA forms Authorised Training Partnership with Databricks

QA, the UK’s largest provider of tech training, has been selected as the first authorised training partner (ATP) of Databricks in the EMEA region. This strategic collaboration expands access to Databricks-certified training, empowering organisations to drive workforce transformation and accelerate data-driven innovation.

Through QA’s expertise and Databricks’ Data Intelligence Platform, organisations can enhance data governance, optimise operations, and scale AI initiatives for a competitive edge. The partnership ensures businesses have access to the skilled talent needed to unlock the full potential of their data and AI capabilities, supporting the seamless adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.

With a growing demand for professionals skilled in harnessing Databricks, a recent survey found that 75% of leaders reported Databricks training improves performance in key areas. In response, QA and Databricks are offering certified training solutions – including instructor-led courses and government-funded apprenticeships – to help data engineers, ML/AI engineers, data scientists, and data analysts drive scalable insights and breakthrough innovations.

As AI adoption accelerates globally, the need for data intelligence and skills certification has surged. Databricks’ rapid growth highlights the need for businesses to close skills gaps and build AI-ready workforces. Through this partnership, organisations can future-proof their teams with hands-on lab training, ensuring they are equipped to navigate the fast-evolving data and AI landscape and democratise insights.

Jeremy Hill, CMO at QA, said:

“Imagine being able to ask any question of your business’s data. Turning data into information and information into insights, that’s the power of Databricks. We’re thrilled to partner with them to deliver certified training for data and AI teams, marking a pivotal moment in democratising insights, and we’re excited about the transformative impact it will have.”

Michael Green, UK&I Managing Director and Country Leader, at Databricks, said:
