2023 Partner Project of the Year - EMEA

Columbus has been recognised with the Partner Project of the Year Award for its successful implementation of inriver for BrandAlley UK. The comprehensive integration encompasses core modules like Enrich and Plan & Release, along with additional functionalities such as Syndicate, Supplier Onboarding, Brand Store, and Channel Insights, showcasing Columbus’ technical capabilities and commitment to delivering holistic solutions.

“This award is a testament to all dedicated consultants at Columbus, who thrive in building positive experiences for our customers. BrandAlley has also been an incredible partner in helping our organisation embrace change and overcome challenges. None of these accomplishments would have been possible without our partners at inriver, a relationship that continues to thrive each year,” said James Moses, UK Digital Commerce Director at Columbus.

Overcoming operational challenges and navigating complex requirements inherent in the project, Columbus demonstrated adept problem-solving, ensuring the successful integration to the eCommerce platform, multiple brands, and syndication processes. The team’s commitment and unwavering support have significantly enhanced BrandAlley UK's operational efficiency and customer experience.

“We are honoured to accept this award, recognising the collaborative efforts between BrandAlley, Columbus, and inriver. These partnerships have played a pivotal role in enhancing our customer offerings, expanding our growth potential, and strengthening our platform capabilities. We are so excited for the future and the continued success that our partnership will create,” said Michael Vuong, Head of Project Management, at BrandAlley UK.

The award nominations are nominated by inriver employees who work with customers, partners, and community members. Each nomination is reviewed and selected by the inriver executive leadership team.

“This year’s recipients have made an outstanding commitment to innovation and growth, often transforming their organisations to adapt to new technology,” said Rohit Goyal, Chief Executive Officer, inriver. “It is so inspiring to see our customers and partners lead the way as the PIM industry adapts to changing market conditions and regulations. On behalf of the inriver team, I want to thank each award recipient for their partnership and industry leadership.”
