OVHcloud’s AI Tools suite enables organizations to facilitate and accelerate their adoption of artificial intelligence — a critical issue as more than 56% of organizations worldwide have adopted AI in at least one business unit or function by 2021 (vs. 50% by 2020[1]).

Thierry Souche, Chief Technical Officer at OVHcloud, said: “Our core business involves helping our customers evolve their practices and giving them the tools to prepare their future. With the AI Notebooks offer, which completes our AI Tools suite, OVHcloud provides data science teams with a complete range of agile technical solutions that can be adapted, in real time and with granularity, to their use cases in order to make their daily work easier.”

With the launch of AI Notebooks, the latest addition to the AI Tools suite, OVHcloud offers an essential building block of the AI journey, allowing organizations to explore and develop models and to share them within a team. Based on open standards and open source, AI Notebooks supports the most indispensable code editors on the market, including Jupyter and VS Code, as well as the import of the most popular frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, Hugging Face, and many additional libraries. Depending on their needs, data scientists and developers can allocate dedicated CPU and GPU resources to their notebooks with a single-click at startup. Billing is on a per-minute basis, with an unmatched price/performance ratio.

The AI Notebooks managed offering allows data science teams to focus on their AI projects, without having to worry about the configuration or installation of their notebooks. Thanks to this ease of use, OVHcloud beta testers have already been able to accelerate their projects.

Aaron Jones, CEO of Yepic.AI, said: “After we worked with other providers, OVHcloud was certainly the cloud service that we found the most accessible. Within a few days, the whole team was fully up and running, allowing our researchers to innovate faster. The production infrastructure provided by OVHcloud enables us to leverage the most powerful GPUs, which is absolutely critical for our business. In addition, we can quickly adjust the resources consumed. This offers the potential for significant gains in operating costs and productivity for our team.”
