Tech Data has expanded its partnership with Automation Anywhere to deliver robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to the European market. Already available through Tech Data in the U.S., India, Central and South America, and the Caribbean, Tech Data will now offer Automation Anywhere’s RPA platform across Europe.

As a result, Tech Data customers in Europe can now provide world-class, AI-enabled business process automation solutions that help businesses to augment their human workforce and improve efficiency—freeing up resources to focus on other areas of their businesses where they can drive greater value, like improving productivity, customer engagement and innovation.

“Robotic process automation is an emerging technology that is key to driving productivity enhancements and business process accuracy that transform the way businesses operate,” said Craig Smith, vice president, IoT and Analytics, Europe, at Tech Data. “The addition of Automation Anywhere solutions to the European portfolio will help us to meet the growing demand for automation and AI technologies delivered through our partner community in the region.”

RPA is a disruptive new technology, which is poised to revolutionise companies by deploying a digital workforce to help streamline business, improve quality of work and allow for a significant return on investment. Automation Anywhere, a leader in RPA, uses software bots that work side by side with people to do much of the repetitive work, freeing up workers to focus on more creative aspects of their jobs. The technology combines sophisticated RPA with cognitive and embedded analytics technology to manage and scale business processes with near-zero error rates to dramatically reduce operational costs for more than 3,100 enterprise brands across the globe.

“Organisations today are turning to RPA due to the high levels of efficiency and productivity achieved from intelligent automation that can ultimately change how businesses operate and humans work,” said Eddie O’Brien, senior vice president and global channel chief at Automation Anywhere. “By expanding our partnership with Tech Data in Europe, we can now reach more customers who are looking to implement RPA and help them to unlock human potential.”
