Customers need a unique login to access the site, which contains technical information about UPS’, battery boxes and accessories. This includes everything from user manuals to technical data sheets, technical drawings, price lists and product photos.
The Hub, which already has 48 companies and more than 180 users registered, also has the unique function to track customer enquiries and leads.
Barry Jarvis, business development manager and Riello Hub lead, said: “We launched The Hub to give our customers a place to instantly access all of the data they need.
“It works particularly well with our reseller network, which accounts for around 60 per cent of our sales activity, because they can quickly collate the product detail they need for their customers. Being able to check product stock and view the live status on orders is also a major benefit for them. It also works well for the customers we deal directly with as they can see our whole product portfolio easily and access information they need.”
Peter Phillips, operations manager at Secure Power said: “The fact that we have a single place to access product information and stock details has greatly improved the speed in which we can specify a Riello UPS solution. As a company which likes to be as self-sufficient as possible when it comes to quoting and pride ourselves on our quick turnaround, the Riello Hub has streamlined an already very easy process.”
Other functions of the Riello Hub include access to the latest firmware for Certified Engineers, customer specific marketing and access to both 3D and BIM models of product.
Leo Craig, general manager of Riello UPS, said: “The launch of The Hub underpins Riello’s continued commitment to customer service in the UK. When you’re buying a power solution or service from us, you can be assured that you’re not only getting a premium product but that you’re getting premium customer service and can trust us to deliver.”
