Tintri has opened regional sales offices in Chicago, Ill. and Washington, D.C. These offices will enable Tintri to better serve growing demand for VM-aware storage from both local partners and customers.

These office openings come on the heels of recent office expansions in Tokyo and London, as the company has grown its footprint to support more customers, partners and employees in these locations. Tintri has also begun to plan the expansion of its global headquarters in Mountain View, Calif.
The Chicago office includes an Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) to provide visitors a hands-on experience with Tintri VM-aware storage. The office will also serve as a hub for field and partner sales and customer support. The Washington, D.C. office reflects Tintri’s rapid growth within the U.S. Federal Government, directly serving more than 40 agencies that are Tintri customers.
“We’re really excited about opening new offices in Chicago and Washington, D.C., and expanding our footprint in Tokyo and London. This is in direct response to global demand for differentiated VM-aware storage,” said Tintri Chairman and CEO Ken Klein. “Our sales team, which we have grown 20 percent in just the last 90 days, now has more places to call home. And they have another option to showcase VM-aware storage; in addition to our EBC in Silicon Valley, the Chicago facility will host EBCs, showcase products and allow organisations to get hands-on with Tintri.”
Tintri is trusted with more than 500,000 virtual machines and 70 petabytes of virtual data by leading organisations across industries, including 7 of the Fortune 15. Tintri is headquartered in Mountain View, Calif. Global offices include London, Munich, Singapore and Tokyo.
