Zadara™ Storage and Asigra have been selected by TIG, provider of cloud, connectivity and transformational managed services in the UK, to enable it to deliver a high-performance file and block storage and comprehensive cloud backup solution to its customers. This is the first time a managed services provider has deployed Asigra and Zadara Storage together. The result is a highly complementary solution that enables Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to offer aggressive, agile services that meet changing customer requirements very quickly, in a pay-as-you-go model for faster revenue realisation.
“We selected Asigra Cloud Backup™ and Zadara Storage because they each offer a powerful solution to meet our customers’ most critical business needs. However, when used together, they have dramatically improved our cloud services business,” said George Georgiou, sales director, TIG. “The combined Zadara and Asigra value propositions have elevated our business agility, improved our ability to scale very quickly as customer demands dictate, and enabled us to reach revenue faster – all without large, capital expense investments. The two services are extremely complementary – and the strongest in the marketplace – and will continue to allow us to expand our services, maximise operational efficiencies and provide our customers with the leading storage and backup solutions.”
“We are delighted to collaborate with Zadara to provide our leading cloud backup capabilities seamlessly integrated with its platform, to meet TIG’s top-line customer and corporate objectives,” said Eran Farajun, executive vice president, Asigra. “As an agentless, multi-tenant comprehensive data protection solution, Asigra Cloud Backup gives TIG maximum security, reliability, manageability and affordability, as well complete flexibility to scale on demand to meet the needs of any organisation. We look forward to further opportunities to bring the combined Asigra and Zadara value propositions to MSPs around the globe.”
“For a service provider like TIG, it’s vitally important to maximise the resources at hand, and as clients’ storage needs ebb and flow, to be able to meet their needs quickly and without incurring a significant infrastructure expense,” said Nelson Nahum, CEO and co-founder, Zadara Storage. “By offering Zadara Storage services on demand, uniquely coupled with Asigra’s award-winning cloud backup software, TIG can effectively and nimbly manage TIG’s corporate data and its clients’ data, and as needed spin up a trial environment for a new customer within 24 hours. This is a game changer for MSPs like TIG.”
