The firm will host a webinar on February 23 to explore recent EU decisions—including the landmark European High Court ruling invalidating the so-called Safe Harbor program regulating data transfers between the United States and EU countries—and recent developments in the ongoing negotiations between the United States and EU in fashioning an alternative, known as the EU Data Privacy Shield.
