“Even before Stuart joined Nuix, he used our software to help clean up after cybersecurity breaches—now his vision and deep forensic knowledge have made our dedicated incident response product a reality,” said Eddie Sheehy, CEO of Nuix. “His focus on giving organisations the tools they need to investigate data breaches and constantly improving these tools will keep Nuix ahead of the game in cybersecurity.”
As Chief Technology Officer for Cybersecurity, Clarke will ramp up his work guiding the development of Nuix’s cybersecurity software products. Over the past two years, the company has grown its teams of experts in incident response, digital forensics, insider threats, intelligence, and endpoint security. These skilled practitioners have contributed to the development of products for cybersecurity analysis and intelligence, endpoint security, and insider threat detection and management, as well as a range of professional services.
Clarke said he looks forward to helping organisations around the world decrease their vulnerability to cybercrime.
“There simply aren’t enough people adequately trained to investigate the volume and complexity of data breaches, but Nuix is looking to change this equation” he said.
“The exciting thing about Nuix, and one of the reasons I joined the company, is its combination of world-leading expertise and unique technology. Combining Nuix’s renowned speed and forensic accuracy with powerful analytics, intelligence, collaboration, and case management will put security analysts back in control and enable them to better protect their organisations in the future.”
