As part of the offering, enhanced training will be offered for loadbank maintenance and operation either on-site or at customers’ own premises.

Phil Jenner, Natasha Lowe, Ian Casson, Chris Caldwell lrIan Casson, a Senior Loadbank Engineer from Crestchic Rental, will manage the existing experienced service team. Ian has ten years’ experience in the field and will work with the team to find appropriate solutions to customer requirements after point of purchase.

Customers will be able to choose from one off service visits through to annual, two, three or five year maintenance contracts and equipment repair will be significantly improved through the implementation of a management operating system which will track repairs and keep customers updated on progress.
