The ITAD Works to demonstrate complete IT life-cycle services at Data Centre World

Leading IT Asset Lifecycle and Disposal service provider The ITAD Works will be showcasing its complete data sanitisation, destruction, regulatory compliance, re-marketing and recycling services at Data Centre World 2015 – which is being held from 11th to 12th March at the ExCel in London.

Reflecting upon the upcoming appearance at the exhibition, Chairman of The ITAD Works, Robin Gue commented, “We are excited to be showcasing our fully integrated IT lifecycle and disposal services at this year's Data Centre World. This is a vital consideration for all businesses when it comes to their hardware moves and changes”.

Robin added, “The consequences of data loss can be extreme, with not only legal issues and Data Protection legislation, but also profound damage to the business' reputation. We will be demonstrating to visitors to the show just how simple, easy and affordable it is to avoid these issues by using our solutions.”

The ITAD Works will be visually demonstrating its services through various media and devices on stand H10. Also on show, The ITAD Works team will be demonstrating the benefits of data destruction utilising the CESG approved Tabernus Enterprise Erase E800 system, which can be used to safely and comprehensively erase multiple hard drives of their data.

IT asset disposition has rapidly become a vital industry, but as fellow director Andrew Blocksage explained, not all suppliers can offer the complete service that is required, “Very few companies can offer a full end-to-end IT lifecycle and disposal service from expert one in-house team. At The ITAD Works we use our own dedicated professional team from start to finish, so there are no gaps in the process and our customers can be fully assured that their invaluable IT assets will be completely safe - from installation to disposal. As well as being compliant, our service is able to provide a better return on investment though intelligent final disposition management”.

The ITAD Works offers services that cover the entire IT lifecycle of any business. These include:
Pre-life activities – receipt, configuration, deployment, logistics, installation and secure storage
Mid-life activities – decommission, logistical moves, triage and re-installation
End-of-life activities – logistical asset recovery, data sanitisation, re-marketing and recycling

Fully certified by the CPNI (Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure) for the destruction of sensitive information for both our mobile and facility-based destruction services, DIPCOG (Defence Infosec Product Co-operation Group) and certified to Distinction with Honours by ADISA (Asset Disposal & Information Security Alliance), The ITAD Works believes that every time IT hardware needs to be deployed, moved or decommissioned an opportunity is created to build-in value to the operational process. This can be used to strengthen asset management control, lengthen asset life, reduce costs, mitigate risks and protect the organisation's reputation and brand.

Robin concluded, “Data Centre World is the perfect opportunity to meet The ITAD Works team and to see a number of our key services in action. Whatever the size of your business or the assets involved we can help with their safe disposal in an environmentally-friendly and highly cost effective way. We will be delighted to talk about your specific requirements face-to-face at the show, or alternatively please feel free to contact us or visit our website for further details.”
