AppSense, the leading provider of User Environment Management (UEM) solutions to over 3,000 organizations and 7 million endpoints, has recognised key partners Computacenter, Kelway and Ultima, with its Platinum partner accreditation, in recognition of their technical ability, high quality service and sales growth over the past 12 months.

All three partners are also Citrix Platinum Solutions Advisors, while Computacenter and Kelway are also VMware Premier Partners, with Ultima holding a silver level accreditation. All have demonstrated the value of Citrix and VMware, when combined with AppSense solutions, is powerful in ensuring optimal user experience.

A recent Forrester survey found that user experience is critical to the success of virtualization deployments with more than half of respondents (54%) reporting employees are most likely to embrace virtualization when their system is fast and responsive and the computing environment is familiar. This has been affirmed by all 3 Platinum partners, which have developed their business using AppSense to deliver the best possible user experience across all desktop deployments.

“Customers depend on AppSense to integrate with Citrix and VMware to deliver an optimal user experience. Having key partners with a first-rate understanding of the solutions from each company, and how they integrate is a key focus for AppSense,” commented Remco Postma, AVP SI & Channels EMEA. “Computacenter, Kelway and Ultima are committed to deliver compelling value to their customers and as such see AppSense as a key differentiator across their desktop business. This has produced impressive results and deserves to be recognised and rewarded.”

AppSense’s Platinum accreditation was launched earlier this year as part of a wide ranging program aimed at equipping channel partners with the tools to be even more successful. This included the appointment of an internal sales development team to generate new business leads for partners and a revised and extended market development fund.

Dave Rogers, Services Director at Ultima commented: “AppSense is a key element of the Ultima portfolio that also includes Microsoft, Citrix and VMware enabling us to offer a complete desktop virtualization solution to major brands and organisations. The AppSense product range has been key to our growth since 2011, both as a stand-alone product and optimizing our Citrix and VMware implementations. AppSense enables us to deliver the value our customers demand across virtual and physical desktops while differentiating us from our competition

“We are delighted to have been recognised by AppSense” said Simon Ashall, Vendor & Allinaces Manager at Kelway. “AppSense’s User Environment Management software and the integration with our other key partners is critical to our success as we are able to offer customers a premium desktop management solution that continually exceeds their expectations.”

“Working with AppSense has enabled Computacentre deliver against our customers’ virtualization and user experience requirements. Our relationship with AppSense continues to strengthen our market differentiation and the value we offer our desktop customers. We are looking forward to seeing more growth as we move forward with our platinum partner status.” commented Darron Knibbs, Technology Leader at Computacenter.
