CLOSERSTILL MEDIA, the organiser of Powering the Cloud, today unveiled the preliminary conference agenda, featuring some of the biggest names in the cloud services industry as well as technology powerhouses from Germany and around the world.
The highlights of the event, which takes place on 28th and 29th October in Messe Frankfurt, include the Google Cloud Theatre, presented by Google and comprising a mix of hands-on-labs and enterprise case studies diving into the next generation of cloud computing technologies and architectures.
The new virtualisation, infrastructure and platforms theatre will be sponsored by Amazon Web Services and explore why the right strategies, platforms, and simplified infrastructures will offer a solid proposition for large and small organisations alike.

In addition to the focused streams, the keynote theatre sponsored by SAP will host German and international cloud leaders, senior industry experts and executives who are driving a “cloud first” IT strategy across their businesses. Speakers will deliver their outlooks of the cloud’s future, as well as share their strategies for a successful cloud implementation.
Attendees will be able to choose from over 200 presentations focusing on key verticals including banking and finance, retail, manufacturing, telecommunication and government as well as tailored content for smaller and medium-sized businesses.
