Brocade’s Bruno Guiet elected to SNIA Technical Council

Bruno Guiet, Principal Systems Engineer, EMEA for Brocade  has been elected to the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) Technical Council, a leading industry body responsible for advising and guiding the SNIA's technical efforts.

The SNIA Technical Council oversees and manages SNIA Technical Work Groups, reviews architectures submitted by Work Groups, and is the SNIA's technical liaison to standards organisations. As one of Brocade’s leading technical experts, with over 20 years’ experience in storage networking, Guiet is ideally qualified to support the SNIA in its work to develop and promote standards, technologies, and educational services that empower organisations in the management of information.


Guiet will also hold the technical committee seat at the SNIA Europe board and will be focused on further strengthening the relationship between the SNIA US and SNIA Europe.
