Equinix welcomes Attenda to its EMEA Cloud Platform Ecosystem

Attenda Limited is one of the UK service provider partners in the Equinix EMEA Cloud Ecosystem, providing its clients with direct access to an extended range of cloud services.

Platform Equinix enables Equinix to offer to its customers, and service providers like Attenda, who provide services delivered from within Equinix data centres, a range of connectivity options to deliver direct access to public cloud services, bypassing the Internet, to ensure increased performance, lower latency, increased security and higher availability.

Commenting on the announcement, Mark Fowle, CEO, Attenda explains, “The breadth of public cloud services available across Platform Equinix means that we can now accelerate our ability to build tailored hybrid cloud architectures for our clients; particularly the adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and VMware vCloud Hybrid Service which all form part an integral part of our evolving cloud services and hybrid computing strategy.”

Attenda’s structured client engagement methodology ensures that Attenda can work with its clients at a strategic level to facilitate the right technology choices, ensuring that the solution delivers the desired business outcome. Platform Equinix is an important component, enabling Attenda to define, design and deliver the optimum combination of public, private and hybrid clouds to suit its clients’ individual business needs.

Mark Fowle concludes “Equinix are setting the pace for providing a choice of cost effective connectivity options to reach cloud services across Platform Equinix, delivered with the highest levels of performance and security; whilst enabling clients to seamlessly incorporate legacy on-premises and private cloud infrastructures.”
