Novell has entered into an agreement with SECUDE International AG to acquire a perpetual license to the source code, development environment and all training and sales materials for ZENworks Full Disk Encryption. Through this purchase, Novell is expanding its investment in a unified and effective endpoint management and protection solution.
This acquisition also comes with development investments to increase Novell’s ability to respond and react to the wants and needs of existing and future customers. This additional resource investment also increases Novell’s ZENworks overall development capability, further establishing the company as a provider of complete end-to-end security and management solutions for enterprises.
