CommScope expands global Partner Program

CommScope partners now offer additional solutions to help customers lower operating costs and improve efficiency.

CommScope offers an extensive partner network of skilled professionals focused on solving customers’ most complex technological problems. Entering its second year, the extensive CommScope PartnerPRO™ Network--with more than 2,100 active partners in 87 countries—is expanding to include two new programs offering intelligent building-performance lighting solutions and data center infrastructure management (DCIM). CommScope partners who want to provide these solutions to their customers can now apply to receive designations as an iTRACS CPIM® Accredited Integrator or a Redwood Installation Partner.

“CommScope partners can bring more to the table than ever before,” said Stephen Kowal, vice president, Global Partners, CommScope. “With quality solutions that now include DCIM and intelligent lighting, our partners can offer their customers new ways to take advantage of an array of benefits that help lower operating costs and gain crucial analytics to plan for the future.”

To answer the growing demand for scalable enterprise intelligence and efficiency, CommScope acquired industry-leading solutions providers iTRACS® and Redwood Systems™ over the past year to grow its service offerings directly to customers and through its PartnerPRO Network.
· iTRACS is an award-winning global leader in DCIM, providing a broad range of open, enterprise-class DCIM capabilities via its Converged Physical Infrastructure Management® (CPIM®) software suite. CPIM provides a holistic view of the entire physical ecosystem and dynamically understands how a change or failure of a single device affects the performance of all other devices and conditions in the data center. From asset management to power management to capacity planning, the platform enables users to see, understand, manage and optimize these dynamics continuously in a real-time visualized 3D environment.

· Redwood Systems is a leader in light emitting diode, or LED, technology solutions that help facilitate lower cost and higher-performing workplaces. Redwood developed what is believed to be the world’s first smart building platform that powers and controls lights with a high-density sensor grid. This award-winning approach uses patented networking technology and low-voltage direct current, or DC, architecture for low cost, highly reliable and scalable installation.

“We are thrilled to offer to partners and customers an expanded program after a very successful first year,” said Kowal. “I’m confident that the addition of DCIM and intelligent lighting capabilities will make for an even more robust program and provide greater benefits.”

Formed in 2012, the PartnerPRO Network is a resource of thousands of consultants, integrators, distributors and installers worldwide. These partners are trained, accredited and/or certified by CommScope and are reputable experts in current and upcoming CommScope solutions. The program's goal is to ensure CommScope has the most complete partner network that most enables partners to deliver its products and solutions to customers in every part of the world. PartnerPRO is the company's first partner program to meet the needs of all the markets it serves and is believed to be the most comprehensive partner program in the industry.
