Borri Ltd expands its estimating team

Continued demand for its range of high efficiency UPS solutions has meant that leading Uninterruptible Power Supply specialists, Borri Ltd has needed to invest in its estimating department and pre sales department in order to keep up with the large number of incoming enquiries.

Borri has welcomed two new recruits to its multi-talented sales force, who will be responsible for analysing raw materials, logistics and labour costs and developing new pricing programmes. Working closely with the company’s sales team, this added resource will be in charge of preparing the best technical and commercial proposals possible for customers.

As the fastest growing UPS company in the UK, Borri prides itself on its exceptional customer service levels and this latest company expansion will ensure that the company is able to maintain consistently high service standards and industry leading response times.

With over 80 years of Italian manufacturing experience, Borri is able to very easily identify the specific requirements supplied by customers and is renowned for its ability to respond to these with accurate product specifications and project outlines in a timely and efficient manner.

Borri’s managing director, Ian Tucker commented: “Last year we experienced 60% growth and we have continued to grow at this rate. This has obviously meant that we have needed to invest in our internal infrastructure so that we can handle the increased number of enquiries without neglecting other areas of the business.

“We have also recently expanded our core sales division, engineering department and new business development unit. Borri is committed to investing in its workforce and will continue to do so to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience when dealing with Borri.”
