Airedale International Air Conditioning launches new website

Airedale International Air Conditioning, the Leeds-based designer and manufacturer of precision air conditioning, comfort, IT cooling solutions and controls software, has launched its new website (www.airedale.com).

The Company exports to more than 60 countries worldwide from manufacturing bases in three continents, and is the number one chiller and market–leading precision air conditioning manufacturer in the UK, with a large number of high profile client installations under its belt, including the London Stock Exchange, Reuters, Vodafone and Epson amongst others.

One of Airedale’s strengths is the depth and breadth of its range, and the new website has been designed to provide customers and international business partners with a wider range of tools and resources as a basis for more informed product selection. The site includes an innovative ‘product configurator’ tool allowing customers to select and compare up to three models at a time. The results are displayed in a table which can then be printed out for reference. Product pages have also been redesigned, making it easier to access sales and technical product information, images and video.

Other improvements include simplified navigation and search tools, full compatibility with the latest generation of mobile devices, and integration with Airedale’s social media channels on Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube which it says are becoming increasingly popular.

Registered customers and international business partners will also be able to access subscriber-only content.

The website relaunch follows on from the British manufacturer’s brand refresh earlier this year which brought its systems, controls, service, spares and training divisions under a single identity. This effectively simplifies the specification, commissioning and on-going management of its systems for customers.

Commercial Director, Mark Viner said: “Airedale has always been a dynamic business and we believe that the new site, with its fully interactive design, provides us with another very valuable tool in our kit which will help us support our customers and business partners more effectively. With their significant knowledge and skills, our people are as important as ever in the process but the website provides customers with more choice in how they interact with us. We’ll continue to work with customers to ensure we understand their needs and develop products and services that help them meet the many challenges they face.”

Airedale is shortly to commence the countdown to celebrating 40 years in the industry.
