The new organization will strengthen Transmode's customer relationships by adding new competence and resources close to the company's customers. The resources will initially consist of sales support, technical support, supply and sales administration and ultimately other common functions such as marketing and HR. The four regions are; the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Nordics together with CIS/MEA*. Regional managers will be responsible for sales, relationships with customers and regional partners and the build-up of a regional presence. Transmode will continue to report revenue broken down by the EMEA, Americas and APAC.

Current Vice President Sales, Björn Andersson has been appointed Vice President for the Americas, Mark Burton as Vice President of Europe and Magnus Grenfeldt becomes Vice President for the Nordics and CIS/MEA*. The process of recruiting a Vice President for Asia and the Pacific is ongoing.

"I am convinced that the new regional organization will strengthen our ability to serve customers, produce even better customer relationships and result in faster decision making. Regionalization in combination with a comprehensive research and development department at the headquarters in Stockholm gives the company industry-leading efficiency and strong power of innovation. "says Karl Thedéen, Transmode's CEO.

The new organization will be effective from 1 July 2013.
