This breakthrough platform combines massive bandwidth, patented zero latency inline deduplication, compression and tight integration with XenServer. These features allow a single GreenBytes IO Offload Engine appliance to absorb the IO from up to 4500 persistent virtual desktops at a cost per virtual desktop that is up to an order of magnitude lower than conventional systems provisioned with either flash or magnetic storage.
