Application economy puts pressure on brands

The results of a global study reveal that brands are failing to understand the real needs of European consumers in the application economy. “Software: the New Battleground for Brand Loyalty”, sponsored by CA Technologies and conducted by Zogby Analytics, show that 61% of European businesses believe their ability to provide application technology for services is “excellent” or “good”, while only 53% of European consumers feel the same way.
