Photonic processor promises 30x energy efficiency improvements

Dr. Michael Förtsch, CEO of Q.ANT, discusses the company's first commercial product - a photonics-based Native Processing Unit (NPU) built on the its compute architecture LENA - Light Empowered Native Arithmetics.
