CyrusOne Inc. has appointed Stuart Gray as Engineering Director Europe to strengthen its Design & Construction team in Europe. Stuart joins the company with more than 20 years of data centre sector and technical engineering expertise and will be responsible for driving consistency, efficiency and sustainable practice in the design, delivery and commissioning of developments throughout CyrusOne’s data centre portfolio in Europe.

New data from Synergy Research Group shows that since the beginning of 2017 the European cloud market has grown more than threefold, reaching EUR 5.9 billion (or $6.9 billion) in the third quarter of 2020.

This finding comes from part two of the four-part Cloud Impact Study from Aptum, the global hybrid multi-cloud managed service provider. The report, titled The Security and Compliance Barricade, identifies common security, compliance and governance challenges impacting organizations undergoing cloud transformation.
