Wireless Logic has acquired Arkessa Ltd to further strengthen its market position. This marks the latest step in Wireless Logic’s business expansion following the recent acquisition of European companies Datamobile AG and New Line Mobile BV. Backed by Montagu, Wireless Logic has acquired Arkessa from growth-focused private equity firm, ECI Partners, with the sale completed on Wednesday 9th December.
