Axis boosts partner support

Internet of Things (IoT), automation and big data specialist, H?kan Johansson, joins Axis as Sales Director for Northern Europe, bringing over 30 years’ experience at the cutting edge of technological innovation in a bid to further support Axis partner growth.

Axis Communications, a market leader in network video, continues its accelerated growth strategy with the appointment of H?kan Johansson to the position of Sales Director for Northern Europe, with responsibility for the Nordics, UK and Ireland. H?kan’s work with system and process automation, IoT and big data will be key in driving Axis and its partners towards their combined goals, synonymous with the creation of a smarter and safer world through an increased uptake of innovative technologies.
 
Prior to his appointment, H?kan worked with Liaison Technologies, specialists in cloud-based data integration and data management solutions. Johansson joins the team with over 30 years’ experience in sales and management, having held senior roles at Motorola, Avaya and Anixter, amongst others. His previous roles spanned across the UK, Belgium and the USA, making him a perfect choice to help fulfil both Axis and its partners’ growth plans.
