Lieberman Software and Core Security form strategic alliance

Lieberman Software and Core Security are working together to manage, control and enforce both privileged and end user access – on premises, in the cloud and in hybrid environments – through one unified platform.  Lieberman Software announced the new partnership at the CONVERGE 2016 customer conference in Orlando, where the company is a Gold Sponsor and exhibitor.

“In the past, organizations had ‘operational siloes’ for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and were forced to manage their regular end users separately from privileged users,” said Richard A Weeks, Vice President of Channel and Business Development at Lieberman Software. “By partnering with Core Security we’re removing those siloes between Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).  Our integration partnership unifies and automates all identity provisioning, entitlement management, access controls, attestation and approval workflows for both regular and privileged users under one holistic IAM umbrella.”
Lieberman Software’s Adaptive Privileged Access Management solution, Enterprise Random Password Manager™ (ERPM™), contains cyber attacks that penetrate the network perimeter by securing the privileged credentials needed to gain access to critical systems. ERPM provides Continuous Privilege Credential Management to eliminate hacker “nesting” by keeping the privileged attack surface in constant motion, providing threat isolation and containment.
(Courion) Core Security’s suite of Vulnerability and Access Risk Management solutions help enterprises manage identities in order to deter, detect and remediate threats.
When used together, the products provide greater visibility into privileged users’ access to systems and data, and enable IT to appropriately evaluate and manage identity-related risks.

“The vast majority of security breaches stem from stolen credentials or compromised accounts,” said Venkat Rajaji, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Core Security. “Identifying and securing vulnerable privileged accounts is key to protecting critical assets if a malicious user breaches your network, and this partnership will provide our customers with this protection.”
