Guardz provides cybersecurity solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT professionals serving small businesses. In 2025, the company reported 300% year-on-year ARR growth, reflecting increased demand for its AI-native, unified detection and response platform. This growth coincided with the company surpassing 100 employees, supporting ongoing global operations and development.

Earlier in the year, Guardz secured a $56 million USD investment, providing financial backing for the company’s initiatives in cybersecurity delivery for the MSP sector.

Guardz also expanded partnerships with industry leaders. Collaborations with Check Point and SentinelOne strengthened the platform’s ability to protect against threats such as ransomware and Business Email Compromise (BEC). A strategic partnership with Pax8 broadened Guardz’s reach among MSPs globally.

Platform enhancements were also introduced in 2025. The Ultimate Plan aimed to streamline security management for MSPs, while Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) addressed identity-related risks. Additionally, the Guardz Research Unit (GRU) focused on identifying unpatched vulnerabilities and ransomware-as-a-service (RaaS) threats affecting SMBs.

Customer adoption increased, with thousands of MSPs using Guardz to protect numerous small businesses worldwide. The company received multiple industry recognitions, including the Global Infosec Awards and the MSP Today Product of the Year Award.

Looking ahead to 2026, Guardz plans to continue its development of AI-powered solutions for MSPs. With a growing global presence and ongoing platform updates, the company aims to support MSPs and their clients in managing evolving cybersecurity challenges.
