Kantar, the leading marketing data & analytics company, has chosen Kyndryl for a multi-year project that will transform and optimise Kantar’s IT infrastructure to meet changing and growing business demands.

Under the agreement, Kantar has turned to Kyndryl to modernise the digital workplace environment and capabilities for more than 25,000 Kantar employees in more than sixty markets.

Kantar selected Kyndryl for this progressive transformation due to Kyndryl’s depth and breadth of experience in IT infrastructure modernisation projects. Kyndryl will implement a more resilient infrastructure supported by advanced technologies to support Kantar’s innovation agenda and deliver a sound colleague and customer experience by:

Implementing innovative platforms across Kantar digital estate, including migration to the cloud.

Advancing technology delivery across its infrastructure services to fully predictive management.

Creating an ‘evergreen’ engineering approach for infrastructure services products, avoiding future technical limitations.

Fostering a collaborative culture of innovation, engagement, and partnership.

“At Kyndryl, we believe that a transformative culture is the heart of progress and it's essential that IT infrastructure services can support a company’s transformation,” said James Rutledge, Kyndryl Global Head of Delivery. “Having previously worked with Kantar, we already have a unique insight into the organisation and we’re proud of the trust the company has placed in us for this landmark transformation project.”

"Infusing state-of-the-art technology into our daily operations to amplify our expertise and ensure flawless delivery to our clients globally is a critical part of our transformation. Over the next two years, we are planning to significantly improve both the experience which our people have internally, as well as the way in which we offer services and products to our customers. Kyndryl’s recognised expertise makes them the ideal partner to help us reach our goals.” said Alex Cesar, Chief Technology Officer, Kantar. “We are both committed to be agents of change in the organisation culture, to succeed with this transformation at scale.”
